Easy to talk to, explained everything in easy to understand language - was not bombarded with technical terminology but as previously advised very knowledgable. Able to answer questions asked. Manager also approached us the day of collecting the vehicle - friendly and wanted to make sure all was ok - which it was.

Group 1 Volkswagen Chelmsford were really helpful and I'd recommend them because, from the moment of arriving at the site, and walking into the showroom , it exudes an air of professionalism, and with a huge offering and new and nearly new models. The staff are all very charming and polite, and our Sales `person, Jess Holliday was among the best Car Sales people I have worked with in 40 years of buying cars from dealerships
